oh yeah so I guess I should post something maybe.

I mean I guess I should right? I haven't done it in like forever or something close to that. I guess it's because my life is so boring and I never have anything to write. I mean, seriously, my life is boring as hell. Heck, Hell is probably more exciting than my life. All I do is sit around at home, doing (read: procrastinating on [I would have used strikethrough on "doing" instead but for some reason I don't know how or if I even can {ha ha third level parenthesis keep going }]) school work and browsing various internet forums and listening to music and occasionally actually writing something like a roleplay post or a character. also sometimes I watch TV and on mondays and wednesdays I actually go to school.

and that's my life in a wall of text. I hope you enjoy it more than I do. It's about as exciting to read as it is to live.

also ignore the previous two blog posts I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote them maybe nothing.

also we watched Blood Diamond in Sociology class last week instead of actually doing any discussion or lecturing which was cool.

also . . . uh . . . oh, so I passed an examination today or something I guess. I was going to say something else but I don't remember what so oh well.

everybody i know hates me

and they dont even know it yet.

I dunno I thought I would write something more on this but then I decided maybe I'd rather not it's not like anyone reads this anyway so what would they know.

So school and stuff I guess.

not that anyone wants to hear about it or anything. Spring Quarter began today. How fun. Went to both of my classes today (I only have two classroom classes this quarter. I have a third class, but it's all online). My books have not yet arrived so I cannot begin on the readings which is probably not good I guess. I'm not the only one who doesn't have books yet though I don't think. As long as they arrive soon I guess it won't be too much of a problem. The English book at least has to be here before Friday. They should all be here by now...stupid Amazon.

I just realized I haven't had lunch yet and it is three thirty in the afternoon. Like usual, I didn't eat breakfast. I just had a few cookies at school (they had cookies and stuff how interesting. They do stuff like that for the first week of each quarter. I also bought a soda in the vending machine). So yeah instead of writing anymore words that no one is going to read I think I'm going to go make a couple chili dogs or something.

tomorrow I go back to school I guess. I hope my books arrive soon. I ordered them on the Internet last week. If they don't show up before tomorrow...oh well, it's probably not that important. They're just books.

I didn't post yesterday. That is because I did not have my computer yesterday.

I don't think anyone reads this but that is fine.

I guess that is all. Maybe I'll have something more interesting to day tomorrow. Maybe I'll rant about school but probably not.

welcome one and all to my new blog or whatever. I tried this blogging thing once a long time ago, like two years ago, and it didn't work out so well and died and stuff. So here I am again. I should probably say something about me.

of course, everyone reading this blog is probably from Zelda Universe, since that's really the only forum I frequent. Well then, as most of you should know by now, my Zelda Universe username is no longer "et cetera." It has changed now to "erinys." That doesn't mean you have to stop calling me "et cetera.," or for that matter "Lysis." (You could also call me by my short lived Greek username "Λύσις" if you really wanted too...) Unlike some people, I think change is a good thing, even a necessary thing, and you'll probably find that my username will change just about as frequently as possible (which is every six months, or twice annually).

so anyway, with this username change came a few other changes that I've been meaning to implement for a while. For instance, this blog (located at http://www.eye-of-erinys.blogspot.com/ in case you somehow missed that). I also now have a Twitter which you should be able to see in the blog sidebar (over to the right somewhere) located at http://www.twitter.com/erinys_/ (some jerk already took "erinys" and didn't ever use the account so I had to throw an underscore on the end there).

some people might be wondering what "erinys" means anyway. Like the username that everyone knows me by, "Lysis," this name also comes from Ancient Greek. Erinys (Ἐρίνυς, in Greek) is the singular form of the plural Erinyes (Ἐρινύες, once again in Greek). The Erinyes are dieties from Greek mythology, which are probably better known by their Roman counterparts (just like the Greek Zeus has the Roman Jupiter and such) called the Furies. The Furies had something or other to do with vengeance and anger. I dunno, look it up on Wikipedia. They also apparently had serpents on their heads (like the Gorgons) and eyes that dripped blood.

so yeah that's the story anyway.
